Maximal Extractable Value Research Project

Abstract
This paper presents 0x6b6b, an automated system designed for Maximal Extractable Value (MEV) extraction on the Ethereum blockchain. The system implements sophisticated algorithms for position liquidation and arbitrage opportunities identification, leveraging Ethereum's MEV infrastructure to optimize transaction ordering and execution.
Our implementation focuses on two primary mechanisms: automated liquidation of undercollateralized positions and cross-exchange arbitrage detection. The system operates autonomously, continuously monitoring blockchain state and executing profitable transactions while maintaining optimal gas efficiency.
Methodology
1. Liquidation Engine
Continuous monitoring of lending protocols for undercollateralized positions. Implementation of efficient liquidation strategies with optimal gas usage and profit maximization algorithms.
2. Arbitrage Detection
Real-time price differential analysis across decentralized exchanges. Implementation of atomic arbitrage transactions using flash loans and optimal routing algorithms.
3. MEV Optimization
Integration with Ethereum MEV infrastructure for transaction ordering optimization. Dynamic gas pricing and priority fee calculation for competitive transaction inclusion.
